Excel Polymers Tire – Toll business has the ability to manage quick turn around emergency volumes up to 500,000 pounds per day. Our large volume, high through-put toll mixing expertise employs both tangential and inner meshing rotor technology and is derived from our diverse mixing lines that include 270 liter, 312 liter, 440 liter and 620 liter mixers located at various manufacturing sites. Excel’s mixers are equipped with our state of the art proprietary Spectrum process control system and all our sites are QS 9000 certified. We have hundreds of man years of experience and capability mixing tire compounds and offer both black and dedicated non black mixing lines.
We provide the necessary material logistics support for both in-bound and out-bound shipments and can function as a vital link in your daily supply line. We can receive in-bound materials whether delivered by truck, tanker truck or by rail. Excel Polymers also produces various types of Performance Additives for the tire industry.
