Painting and lacquering of steel, aluminium or other metal sheet requires a totally clean roller surface. The smallest imperfection on the roller will show as a repeat mark down the sheet. All Excel Polymers compounds are mixed in clean conditions and all coating compounds are strained for optimum purity.

Excel Polymers’ heavy investment in plant and machinery together with our process development program enables us to offer cured sheet with high quality mixing and calendering minimising voids, air pockets etc. The continuous vulcanization process gives extremely accurate gauge and profile across calendered sheeting up to 1850mm wide and down to 0.5mm gauge. 50kg batches. Black, Grey, Drab calendered sheeting and a range of colors in plate and cloth finishes are available.
