Acquisition of Burton Rubber Processing in Burton, OH and Jonesborough, TN. Burton was the leader in high performance elastomer compounding. |

Acquisition of Dayco, including the largest merchant rubber compounder, Colonial Rubber Works in Dyersburg, TN and Kingstree, SC. |

Acquisition of Global Rubber Processing in Santa Fe Springs, CA, a specialty compounder that focused on high performance polymers for aerospace and industrial sealing markets. |

Acquisition of Chase Elastomer in Kennedale, TX, a company dedicated to serving the industrial rolls market. |

Acquisition of Harwick Chemical Manufacturing in Akron, OH, a manufacturer of chemical dispersions used in rubber processing. |
